Ocean Engineering Enterprises was founded in 1991 and has quickly become the WORLD LEADER in underwater sound systems and speakers. Company President Ed Harper received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Ocean Engineering from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida. Ed has been involved in developing and designing acoustic transducers for use in U.S. Navy ASW Programs.

Ocean Engineering Enterprises manufactures synchronized swimming sound systems for the synchro community around the world. We are the official sound system supplier for USA SYNCHRO (United States Synchronized Swimming, Inc.) and the proud sponsor of SYNCHRO CANADA and SYNCHRO-PERU!
Ocean Engineering Enterprises DRS-8 speakers were used for the synchronized swimming events at the 1996 Centennial Olympic Games in Atlanta, Georgia. Our DRS-8 speaker is the ONLY underwater speaker used in the Neutral Buoyancy Lab located at the STAR CITY Cosmonaut Training Facility outside Moscow, Russia. The DRS-8 is the only underwater speaker used at the Sonny Carter Astronaut Training Facility in Houston, Texas. The DRS-8E is the only underwater speaker CE approved for export to Europe!
